Sky engineer is a no show

I was meant to have sky Q installed on Saturday 11th but nobody turned up . I spoke with an advisor who has rearranged a new installation, mid February which I think is a bit cheeky to make me wait another 4 weeks when it was their fault. So does anyone have the installation departments number so I can try to get a closer appointment or any advice to get it changed ? Thank you

You could try ringing the Customer Services number nearer the time to see if there has been a cancellation in your area. A number of Sky engineers were made redundant last year so there are fewer about. There is no direct number for installation queries.
