Sky engin

Hi, today a sky engineer was meant to in my address between 8:00am and 1:00pm. No one has turned up, I've got a message that they were meant to be here. Took today off work and waited in, not a phone call or a message to say no one was coming

He/she may have been delayed at an earlier appointment. What was the engineer attending for?
