Sky dish

Hi we have an issue with the sky dish not transmitting the signal to the tv due to scaffolding in the way.  Please can we have someone come out to move the sky dish to enable a signal to be received so we can watch the TV as we currently have no sky service. Thanks

We are primarily just other customers here & even so as this is chargeable by SKY (usually I think £65) you will need to call SKY

If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
If not go this page & scroll to the bottom and expand the link need more help

Alternatively you could get a quote from a local independent installer
