Sky dish damaged.

Came back from holiday and the coaxial cable connecting my sky dish had been damaged so i replaced the cable. I still have no signal so I think the dish has also been damaged can I get a Sky engineer out to look at it.

@Darren+12  Have you checked the replacment cable/connectors are fitted correctly, outer braiding should not touch onner.    If so follow the steps to the end on the link below, it should allow you to book an engineer at the end. https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-q/fixing-sky-q/fixing-live-tv/no-satellite-signal/articl...

You can't book one through a public forum.
