Sky cinema won’t let me press the download button. It has been working for mi the just stopped last
Sky cinema won't download. It has worked fine for months. Now I just get nothing when I press download. No error message just doesn't accept me pressing download on chosen film. I hahe tried all the ideas e.i checked software/unplugged etc...

Now and then, I'll get this with the On Demand content too. I find a full reboot of the router and Q box clears away the cobwebs.
Unplug both of them, same time, from the wall for at least 30 seconds.
Plug back in the router only, get it up and running, and run a speed test on your mobile. Now plug back in the Sky Q box, go to settings, and reset the network settings section. Then scan for your router, add in your password, and hopefully, you're back up and running.
