Sky cinema activation after changing your contract

My contract was coming to an end in July so I called sky , I was put through via the WhatsApp and the lady helped me with my new contract and I got a great deal for adding Sky cinema this was 3 days ago and the sky cinema has not been activated yet. Can anyone tell me do I need to doing anything or should I contact sky again. I have checked the Sky app and it is still saying activation due soon
