Sky Q boxes keep feezing and sometime get a blue screen.

I have three Mini boxes, all on CAT6 hard wired with the wifi turned off on the main box and all the mini's. I was told to turn off the the stand by settings on all boxes but they still keep freezing whilst watch programmes. The system has been playing up for about six months now but had been working fine for a couple of years without any issues.

Hi,

I responded on the chat answering your questions a couple of hour ago, when I refreshed the web page the chat dissappeared.
