Sky channels

Help I was talking to one of your colleagues yesterday regarding my discovery plus channel I can't get the channel to work pls advice me

@Agnes+hatch  You're not talking to Sky Customer services via the forum either so we don't know who you were speaking to or how far you got with your issue.

 

Discovery + isn't a channel but an app, what issues are you having with the app?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
