Sky card

Got new box installed 31st December but left my old card in the old sky box..I'm still waiting on new card and can't watch tv until it arrives..I'm being charged for full service..I'd be tempted to move to another server.

Cards are send by Royal Mail - you are at their mercy.

I'm being charged for full service.

Arguably it's not Sky's fault but they will consider a credit once you're up and going again.

I'd be tempted to move to another server.

If you are not subject to a minimum term contract then you can give notice to leave at any time.
