Hi ,
So we have a SkyQ box connected to our BT broadband router via WiFi. Nearly every night at some point it says we don't have a broadband connection, although phones, smart tvs etc are all working fine.
We started to do a network reset, to discover it seems to be connected to a Sky Broadband router rather than our BT one! Checked with our neighbour, they don't have Sky Broadband so am at a loss. Tried reconnecting to our BT router and it keeps saying the password is incorrect. Any ideas?

Hi @custardpie0
If You are looking at the SSID shown in the Q box Network settings this will invariably be the Sky Q Mesh ID and not the Network to which the Q box is connected.
Using 3rd Party Broadband the Q box will only connect to the 2.4 Ghz band of the router WiFi.

Sky Q boxes generate a Sky Q mesh which is used to connect additional Q mini boxes @custardpie0 .
These cannot connect directly to 3rd Party routers.
If using Sky Broadband the Sky router generates the same WiFi mesh.

So why does it keep losing connection to our router? No other device does it
