Sky card

I received sky q box today but no viewing card?

If a main Q box was sent to you rather than arriving with an installer, that typically indicates you are a returning customer and Sky assumes you retained the previous card.

Yes: it's a weird feature of the Sky logistics system which we have drawn to their attention before.

 

Unfortunately you'll need to contact them directly and order a new card.
