I upgraded to sky q with an engineer booked for 13/09/2025.
The engineer cancelled. I have called sky many times since this happened and for some reason nobody at sky can book for an engineer to fit the sky q I ordered way over a month ago.
They give different numbers and the people say the same thing for some reason they cannot book a new date. This is very frustrating and probably will cancel sky sub after being a customer for more than 13 years.
On my sky the order update shows action required. But nobody on skys end seems to be able to help.

We can't directly help either (this is a customer-led help forum) - we can only suggest you persevere with contacting Sky, possibly lodging a formal complaint.

Personally my guess would be that's something to do with how the previous appointment was (or wasn't) cancelled.
