That's a 1TB main Q box: I think the original non-UHD model from 2016-2019.
Sky has never manufactured or provided brackets for any Q hardware, so it's up to the assorted third party suppliers to print something which fits and specify them accordingly in their own product listings.
There's also a 1TB UHD/HDR model from late 2019 onwards which these days is probably rather more common than the earlier HD version: I've no idea whether brackets would be interchangeable between them.
The 2TB box exists in three different models, and you'll also see brackets for Q Mini boxes which are very different dimensions to the main boxes.
