Sky cancellation

I called up sky on 31st august to give notice to cancel my sky tv (I'm out of contract). I've heard nothing since (ie email confirmation)

I phoned again a week later to confirm that the cancellation has been actioned and I was told it has but I've still not had anything by text or email. Is this correct or should I have heard something by now?

So you're now in the 31 day notice period. If you've successfully cancelled you should receive an acknowledgment email from Sky but I don't know at what point that arrives.


Return packaging will be sent out near the end of your notice period. It’s important that you obtain proof of posting and keep it safe and indefinitely.
