iPlayer buffering on Sky Q App

iPlayer is constantly buffering causing me to watch iPlayer on my smart TV. I have 70Meg of Broadband and I get no buffering when I use the TV App. I have reset the sky Q and all associated BB equipment. (Router, DECO WiFi devices) and have connected the Sky Q directly to the BT hub which is in the same room. The Sky Q is dated 2019. Is there a more current box and if so, how do I get it?

Also, have you disabled wifi?

I had the same problem the other day and like you used my smart TV instead. Just checked again now and it's working properly now.
