Sky box

My sky box won't work I have done all the checks . I have  internet connection  and my sky box is really hot

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

Any lights on the front?

Is it in a well ventilated position?

The box is designed to be quite warm but you should be able to rest the palm of your hand down on the top of it.
