Hello, I was told I didn't need to return my sky box but now receiving messaging stating this needs returning?

I've you have a recent replacement box, you'll need to send back the old one.

Customers don't own Sky boxes, so you won't be able to keep it.

All Sky Q boxes, including mini boxes were loaned to you so need returning. If you don't return them you will be charged for them
