Interruption with bad weather
When we have rain and wind the signal is interrupted for hours at a time

You'll need to log this with Sky and book an installer visit to check the dish alignment (and for potential water penetration in LNB and cabling)

Inclement weather (severe rain/snow etc.) can temporarily take out a perfectly working dish.
Worth getting it checked out though.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
