Hi. My sky box keeps switching off and I'd like have it stay on 24vhours

Any particular time of day this is happening? Could it be your Standby settings?

Hi @BridLapper 

There is no point in having the Q boxes on all the time and they are meant to be put into standby when not in use.

See the following link for Q standby settings.

If you use standby mode None then it is still necessary to put the Q boxes into Standby with the remote when not in use.
