I have posted the sky Q box back today and have proof of postage but this will not be back with you by 12.7.23 as requested in your email.

As @Tim+Adams has stated keep the proof of posting safe and indefinitely. It's likely Sky will charge you non return fees as it appears you are late in returning them but if that happens post again on this thread in a couple of weeks and we can hopefully get you some help on here in getting the fees reimbursed.
