Sky box orange light

My sky box stays orange and won't do anything. Can't get any Channels. Turned

plugs off and on again. Checked all cables.." Nothing. Any suggestions please

Hi @Emily666   Are you pressing the on/off switch on the box (amber light) to eliminate a problem with the remote?
