@Georgina1995  There ae no satellite issues, if the 3 satellites in space were having issues this forum would explode.

If that troubleshooting doesn't help you may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
