Sky box not working

I was supposed to have a new box months ago due to the problem it had never arrived and no one has ever contacted me I'm cancelling my subscription if this isn't sorted out quickly and compensation for the six months we've been unable to access content

What have Sky said when you've contacted them as to where the replacement box is?
