Sky box not working properly

The box powers up only green light and the sky info plays on the tv

If the remote isn't responding, try pressing and holding 7+9 until it flashes 4 times which will fully reset the remote, then make sure there is a line of sight between the sky q box and the remote and hold 1+3, you should see another menu about controling your tv, you can either do this or skip, then your remote should now be re paired with the q box
