Sky box not working - hard disk error

Sky will not let me access anything other than live t.v. Error message showing hard disk erroe

@Fayecorky I suspect you have posted on the wrong forum as this is for Sky Glass and Stream and neither have a HDD. 

 

When I had SKy Q if I had any problems I unplugged the Q box for a minute and then plugged it in again.  Give it a try as it might work for you.
