TV NOT Part of Netflix Household
We watched Neflix successfully. Now get above msg
the trouble shooting steps on sky and Netflix sites do not work
i get messages that mobile phone is not on same broadband hub, however it is, and then other Netflix confirmation options on other tvs do not appear on the site.
The other tvs are connected via Miniboxes
i am sure I am not alone with this issue
help much appreciated
