Sky box not working. How do i book an engineer?

My sky box isn't working as the picture is flickering constantly. I have tried rebooting, swapped to try a different hdmi lead and checked all the network settings... its still the same.

I think I need help.

You need to Speak to Sky then @Simonroyle
