Sky box not connecting to network

My sky box is not connecting to the network. Satellite says it's connected but it won't connect to the network. Everything else in the house does just fine. I've followed the instructions and tried resetting the wifi holding in the wps button but it still isn't working. Can anyone help please?

Anyone at @Sky  actually going to help? Or just be ignored? You don't offer any other way to fix a problem apart from come on here.

@David100611 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
