Sky box no satellite signal

Our Sky Q box has no signal showing as we need a engineer to help us with getting a satellite cable connected to the box. Is this something that you can resolve for me as soon as possible?

As we're other customers here, no... you'll need to call Sky.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
