You are using an illegally sold box as Sky retain the ownership of all SkyQ hardware. Unfortuntely don't expect any support as Sky consider your box to be stolen..

You may wish to submit a dispute with eBay as you cannot buy Q boxes and all are owned by Sky.

You've been had! That box was stolen equipment as far as Sky are concerned! All Sky Q equipment (apart from the dish) always belongs to Sky and is only loaned to the customer whilst in contract.

@Paul239 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
Sky won't send you a viewing card even if you get through to them and the box you have purchased will never work.
Sky have a way to block boxes that have not been returned to them.
As others have said the seller on ebay has illegaly sold you a stolen box as Sky only loan boxes to customers.
The best thing is to ask the seller for a refund and if they refuse take it up with ebay who are aware that Q boxes should not be sold
