Sky box faulty ?

My sky q box has power (green light on) , is Internet connected, remote works ok (volume up and down ok), but no tv stations available - says not connected.

Turned everything off and on several times, still not working . Any ideas ?

I assume it's connected to your satellite dish?

Yes, all sorted now, thanks.  Turned everything off at the sockets, left for a few mins, then switched back on (for the third time !)
