Sky box fan runs tv freezes

After a few hours sky q box fan runs tv freezes and we have to power down and reset.  We have had 3 replacement boxes changed the extension lead and also the plug socket. Any ideas

@MWB is the box in an open space ?

Is there anything stacked on top of the box or under it ?
