Sky box broke

I had a manager call me exactly  8 days ago he went me a new HMi lead and controller as  sky wouldnt  connect said he would call back in week if  didn't  work and it doesn't which means I need a engineer I think it's a fault in the leads out my house to the sky box

I've replied to your other post.  You can't request an engineer here - you'll need to contact Sky.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
