On my tv screen the recordings screen is permanently on and my remote will not allow me roll to move off this screen. I've changed batteries and I've just ordered a new remote as my existing one is very old! Does anyone know any other related issues?

Hi @paul171170 You should be able to use Sky Go as a remote, or probably several Apps should also be available. Have you tried resetting your remote by holding down 7 & 9 until the LED flashes 4 times. Then use the remote as IR so line of sight required.
