Sky box Replacement

Who do I contact to get a replacement box because AI response is ridiculous going round in bloody circles

If necessary Sky will probably arrange a replacement via what is known as a 'doorstep box swap' whereby a courier company (usually DPD in the UK) deliver a new box and take your pre-disconnected faulty box away so remember to remove the viewing card from the old box before it disappears into the van. Also accept the power cable the courier brings in case it's a different fitting to the one you have already.

What issue are you having with the box and is it a main Sky Q box or a mini box?

It's the main sky box . The Ai I spoke to went through a series of questions and said I need to get a replacement box sent out and then just to go on the my sky app to do this
