Sky booster not connected

Recently had a problem with my router and Sky sent me a replacement which I installed without problem. However I have a booster positioned midway between my router and my SkyQ box and since replacing the former the booster will not connect. Have tried resyncing via the WPS buttons, resetting the booster, resetting the new router and moving the booster to within a few feet of the router but none of these have worked. Any ideas? Thanks

No it's a black one and says Model SR203 on the back.

Hi @KevJ7771

Assume it is a Sky Q booster (and not a 3rd party).

Worth trying the setup again.

First reset your broadband router.
Hold the Reset on the back of the router until the power light flashes green (about 10 seconds). Don't unplug or switch off your router while it resets. The power light will go green when it's done.

With the booster positioned about midway between the main box and the router,  then

  1. With the power and wireless lights on green.
  2. Hold the WPS button on your booster for 3 seconds until it flashes amber. Then hold the WPS button on your hub for 3 seconds until it flashes amber - You'll need to do it within 2 minutes.
  3. After a few minutes, the connected light should turn green. You're all set up.

Then connect your Q box by carrying out a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to Sky broadband.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the nearest Sky Q device (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically).  So within 2 minutes you need to presss the WPS button on your Q booster.
