Sky been ‘funny’ for few days now no channel all display technical issue try later.

Sky go been intermittent since before Christmas, now sky mini won't work, sky go doesn't work and main sky q won't work. All channels display there is technical issue try later. Can't get any recordings to play either. I've rebooting no difference. I've switched off iPad and Evenunloaded sky go app and reloaded app no difference. [removed]. There's no problems with internet and no equipment has been moved.

If the main Q box has an issue then Mini boxes and Sky Go will too.

 

Removing power from the Q hardware should enable Go to function as if it were away from home.

I have had this as well, My Sky app saying no issues. Still ongoing now. Did you find a solution? If so please let me know what you did, its so frustrating.

Who's your internet provider, most of us have LiT fibre. Had no problems up till this last week. People have contacted LiT some had help others none. If as thought sky may be blocking LiTs bandwidth , LiT should contact Sky to find out why. We're just customers, not Ofcom. My skygo works on 4G but not WiFi. My other halfrebooted The internet, sky and cleaned and reinserted sky card and we managed to get sky tv and sky mini working again not sky go. My son who worked for apple and a bit of a tech person found out about the WiFi and 4G and is coming over today or tomorrow to see if he can resolve the issue , if not I'll be ring LiT as they could contact sky to find the issue. If they can't be bothered then LiT will have less customers and gain a reputation for bad customer service. I did read someone a while back had problem with Vodafone and the app and Vodafone contacted sky and it was resolved. My son said sometimes it's because the IP keeps changing and needs to be stable. Someone on this discussion resolved their issues via LiT but others have been told by LiT it's sky. My argument is you're the internet provider it's your job to sort it. I'm a paying customer and can shift as will others I'm sure. Such a lot of faf for no reason other than someone up the chain to deal with i, usual thing 'can't be bothered' no wonders this country's such a mess.

Yes seems to be sorted now. My internet has been intermittent as well, which may have caused the sky to drop out occasionally. Im with sky for my broadband
