Sky asking to return boxes with multiroom
Hi
I renewed my sky contract with multiroom on the 14th November 2025. On Monday I received a text saying they are sending a package through the post for me to return my equipment This obviously is a mistake on their part as I have a new contract.
I rang them on Monday and the advisor said he would make a note of it and look into it.
I received the packaging today asking me to return 2 multiroom boxes and I am worried this has not been sorted out and I will get a fine for not returning the equipment. Is their anything you could do to help me.
