I have HD package, when I try to download load on demand programs it tells me I don't have required permission.
I tried changing to SD on demean which worked for a couple of channels but has stopped again
did speak to sky and was told to do the SD bit and they would phone back in a couple of days with the answer. But no one called back!!!
anyone know how to fix this?
