Sky apps

Ive got a problem accessing sky apps. Internet is connected and have tried restarting but still saying i need a satellite signal. Currently not connected to an aerial due to building works but up until yesterday we could still watch all the apps fine? Any help? Thanks

Hi @Jo2 

Afraid that without a satellite signal the Q box will only function for a limited time before it needs a signal

Really, we have had it disconnected for monthes and it has been fine. I wonder why it would happen now?

Hi @Jo2 

Not completely sure of the timing.   The Sky Website says the following regarding No Satellite signal.

Still no luck? You you can continue watching your recordings, downloads and Sky Q TV apps (like Netflix and Disney+).

However I don't think this is indefinitely .

Best to check with Sky directly.
