Sky Voice Remote

My Sky voice remote has never worked completely and I've resorted to using the old remote but is it possible to get this changed?

Try holding 7+9 on the remote first until you see 4 flashing lights then press 1+3 on the remote to connect it to the box via Bluetooth instead of Infra Red as voice features only work with Bluetooth, they don't work with Infra Red
