Sky TV ..
I have 2 televisions in the property, over the last month or so both TV's keep buffering and freezing during the programmes, and at different times of the day.
I have reset everything that I possibly can, but the problem is re occurring every day.
I have a sky Q box . Please could you advise . Thankyou

If that's happening during live viewing of content from a numbered channel in the EPG then the typical cause is an issue with dish alignment.
