Sky TV not working

Sky q shows the tv channels but when i select a channel i just get a black screen, there is no messages on the screen neither, plus recordings don't work neither.

Hi @Hits316 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

I hav e turned the power off and then put it back on after 30 seconds but still no Sky TV.

By the way the sky box does not show any channels either.

It could also be a hard disk issue: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-drive-errors

Otherwise, you'll need to call Sky for an engineer.
