I have had a Sky Q box for since 2016. a few years ago we started having problems with the screen very annoyingly pixilating. I read a suggestion that if you swap the two cables over in the back of the box from the dish, it stops it. This does seem to work and every few months when it starts pixilating again, i would swap them over and it would be good again. Not ideal i know, but i could live with it. Over the last few months however it has got worse, im swapping the cables over pretty much fortnightly, and i have noticed that it isnt solving the problem when i watch anything UHD like the sports channels, the pixilating and glitching is quite bad on those channels and the screen will wash out green for a few seconds, then come back on, making them now pretty much unwatchable. Has anyone else had a similar problem? I thought i would see if there are any things i could try to solve it myself before i ring Sky up and go through the whole "reset you box/switch it off at the wall/change hdmi cable" rigmarole that they will inevitably ask (like i haven't tried all that a dozen times!)
