Sky Sports blocked - error message DSU 508

I'm an existing Sky Sports and Sky Cinema subscriber of many years but since Monday channels for both have been blocked, saying I am not subscribed.

However when I press the red button to 'upgrade' it tells me I am already subscribed and gives me the error message DSU_508.

Any advice would be appreciated. I am trying to get this sorted before the Canadian Grand Prix tonight!

All other channels are fine, as is Sky Go. Have tried Customer Support but they were unable to find a solution. Thanks!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
