Sky’Q will not recognise the internet

My Sky Q box will not eeconiae the internet, even when I hard wire the router to the Sky Q box. My internet is provided by Sky

Hi @Paula_smy69 

If you are hard wiring your Sky box have you carried out a Network reset on your Q box?

First reset your broadband router.
On Sky broadband hold the Reset on the back of the router until the power light flashes green (about 10 seconds). Don't unplug or switch off your router while it resets. The power light will go green when it's done.

Whenthe router is back up and running  carry out a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect wired to Sky router.
