Hi,
Having just come back to sky and then cancelling Sky Stream, unsuitable subtitling I'm now back with Sky Q
This has just been installed today and I've 2 problems so far, hopefully.
1) The mute on my remote is not working.
I have Sky Signature, + Ultimate TV ; Sky HD; Sky Sports Complete Pack; Sky Sports HD
2) It will not let me down load programmes even BBC 1 and says I need to upgrade my subscription.
Surely I'm paying for enough to let me download regular programmes?

Hi @The+Js
Regarding the remote mute
Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote again.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
