Sky Q wont play nice with Virgin Boradband
I have Sky Q 2T main box with a 1T mini box with a Virgin media broadband
The issue is the main box drops the Connection to Virgin wifi and i need to either wait for ten minutes for the connection to reestablish or reset the connection a few times to resolve the issue.
I have even tried a Hard wire connection and this fails to and the Box resets itself and sets the connection to Wifi again.
I have confirmed that this issue is with the Sky side as all other devices are connected at full speeds
I have also tried the DNS change to see if that will fix but this issue pops up its ugle head back up every couple of days
Do we have a fix inbound via FW updates to Sky Q boxes?
I have had this issue for a while now and keep checking online for updates or fixes
It is getting to the point of me looking at cancelung my subscription to Sky over this.

Re: Sky Q wont play nice with Virgin Boradband
Do you have mini boxes? As if you have third party broadband the mini boxes won't connect to the router, they connect to the main box via their own hidden "mesh" which is quite frankly appauling the way it's been implemented as it plays havoc with other mesh systems.
