I changed Broadband last April as I wanted better speeds for work. Ever since the connection between Sky Q and the WiFi has been poor to say the least.
Why Sky and Trooli cannnot connect to figure it out is unknown but I'm likely to leave Sky soon if they don't resolve it. At all times my other devices remain connected to the router without issue. I've had a new box, engineer out and firewalls changed with no joy.

With a non-Sky ISP the box will only connect over 2.4GHz. Ensure any channel steering is disabled. Best advise is to split SSID's between 2.4 and 5GHz.
