Hi all,
My Sky Q box NEVER finds search results via voice search. It recognises what I say, but always says it can't find results.
I've tried the usual, rebooting the router, resetting the network settings in the Sky Q box and nothing helps. I even went as far as temporarily swapping my router (I have a backup router).
Text search works but is very slow and cumbersome as it's not just an on screen keyboard.
Everything else on the box, such as box sets, catch up, and multiscreen works without issue.
Any ideas?

In the end I ordered a new box via a form on Sky's help site as the picture was pixellating on recordings last night and the hard drive sounded extra clicky so to speak.
The new box arrived an hour ago, it's all set up and voice search seems to be working so far, so good. I also got an HDR box which is nice as my previous box didn't support it..

I have the exact same problem except when sky replaced the box it made no difference, it still doesnt work
